Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all our products to the majority of the mainland UK. Due to the specialist nature of everything we sell we need to employ a range of delivery solutions by specialist carriers, often organised and managed by the manufacturers themselves. Each product listing, towards the end of the text, details the service provided for that item and any restrictions or potential additional costs. For deliveries in Cornwall or Scotland (north of Glasgow) often additional charges will apply. For deliveries and installations that are up or downstairs, or have restricted access, including steep slopes or across grass or uneven terrain please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will provide you with a quotation for any extra charges.

We are specialists in delivering and installing our products to difficult locations, so most challenges can be tackled. It is worth emailing us photographs if there is any doubt whether the product will fit through any tight gaps.

Many of the couriers will make failed delivery charges if an agreed delivery date is cancelled by the customer prior to delivery, or if there is no-one available at the delivery address when delivery is attempted. Therefore please ensure you are available through the duration of the date that your delivery is booked.

Pre Christmas Deliveries

During December there is an increased demand for the delivery of larger items such as Pool Tables, Juke Boxes, Pinballs etc.  To facilitate the delivery of these larger items, some of which involve specialist installation,  we will be increasing the number of vans in our fleet in this short period.  This increases our delivery costs during December and therefore customers wishing to agree to a delivery within a specific date range in December will be offered a premium delivery service. 

Please ask our Sales Team for availability and charges.  Free delivery remains in place where HLD specifies the delivery date.

Failed or Cancelled Deliveries

Once your delivery booking is finalised and incorporated into our delivery schedule it is important to note that if you need to change the delivery date, you can do this free of charge up to 7 days before the delivery date. 

If you need to cancel it 6 days or less before the date of delivery then our failed delivery charge will apply, which is £240 inc VAT for slate bed pool tables, pinball machines, jukeboxes, shuffleboards and football tables over £900. The only exception to this is for sectional slate pool tables which is £720 inc VAT.

Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason it will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.

Free 6 Months Storage

Keeping Your Pool Table or other Large Items Safe Until You're Ready

We understand that plans can change, so we're pleased to offer up to 6 months of complimentary storage for your pool table or other large items. This means that from the day we notify you that your order is ready for delivery, you have up to 6 months of free storage with us.

If you need to store your items beyond this period, we offer extended storage at a competitive rate of £100 per month. Rest assured, your pool table will be kept in a secure environment until you're ready to receive it.

Worldwide Shipping

Many of our products can be shipped abroad. However, some items are simply not suitable to be transported over long distances, such as table tennis tables. Some customers organise the shipping themselves, often if they are consolidating a shipment from the UK. We can deliver to your shipper free of charge, providing they are located within mainland UK and not in Cornwall or north of Glasgow.
