Terms and Conditions for the Rasson Apollo Trade-In Scheme

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the trade-in scheme. By submitting your trade-in request, you agree to the terms below:

Eligibility

This trade-in scheme is available exclusively for commercial venues (e.g., pubs, bars, pool halls, and hospitality venues).

Only English pool tables are eligible for trade-in.

Trade-In Details

One-for-One Exchange: Each old pool table can be exchanged for one brand-new Rasson Apollo English Pool Table only.

New Table Model: The scheme applies solely to the Rasson Apollo English Pool Table—no other models or substitutions are included.

Condition of Trade-In Table:

The trade-in table must match the photos/videos submitted during the evaluation process.

Our delivery team will verify the table on-site. If it does not match the photos/videos:

The table will not be accepted for trade-in.

The trade-in discount will be void, and you will be required to pay the full price of the Rasson Apollo table.

If you choose to cancel the order while our team is on-site, a 25% restocking fee will apply to your order total.

Additional charges for failed collection may also apply.

Trade-In Value:

The trade-in value is not cash; it is a discount applied directly to your Rasson Apollo table order.

You could receive up to £500 per table, depending on the condition of your old pool table, as determined by our team.

Delivery, Collection & Installation

Hassle-Free Process:

We will collect your old pool table and deliver and install your new Rasson Apollo table at the same time.

Included Services: Delivery, collection, and installation are all included in the trade-in scheme.

Stairs Fee:

If stairs are involved in the removal or delivery process, there will be a £60 charge per floor per table. 

This charge applies to any new tables and any table being removed.

Photos/videos of the staircases must be provided to our sales team beforehand to ensure proper planning.

Order Period: The scheme runs from 23rd January to 17th February, and all commercial orders completed and paid in full during this time. 

Exclusions

This trade-in scheme is for commercial customers only and does not apply to retail customers.

Only one old table can be traded per new Rasson Apollo table purchased.

If the trade-in table cannot be accessed for removal due to structural issues or does not meet the verified conditions, the trade-in will be void. 

How to Participate

Contact our specialist commercial team and provide clear photos/videos of your old pool table and any access considerations (e.g; stairs).

Receive a valuation for your trade-in table, which will be deducted from the price of your Rasson Apollo table.

Schedule your delivery and installation within the scheme period.
