These arcade machines are usually available from stock. It will take approximately 5 weeks to be delivered.
Warranty:
This Arcade Machine comes with 12 months off-site warranty on all mechanical parts. Often we can solve problems over the phone and supply any necessary components for the customer to fit. If necessary our specialist repairer can call to your home to inspect and repair your machine on-site, but this would be chargeable.
If parts are required which are not carried at the time these will need to be ordered for you, and will sometimes need to be imported from overseas, therefore there can be a wait for the part to arrive. Please note that due to the nature of these machines we are unable to offer a warranty on the boards or electronics.
After our 12 months warranty has expired we will continue to offer you complete support for any problems you have, either over the phone or by email, and can provide details of suitable repairers who cover your area. So don't panic, whatever happens we will be able to look after you and your Arcade Machine.
Arcade Machines are complicated items, which don't like being moved about. Nor do they like the cold or humidity. Therefore, if you chose to move the arcade machine from where we originally installed it, or it is stored in a cold or damp location, our warranty will become null and void. We will also not be able to carry out any work on your machine free of charge if you have tampered with it in any way.
Please note that if used in a commercial environment, we offer a 30 day warranty on this product.
Free Delivery & Installation (worth £250):
We will deliver your awesome new arcade machine to your chosen address, and our highly trained installation team will bring it into the ground floor room of your choice free of charge, providing there are no steps or steep slopes.
Please ensure you have checked that it will fit through your doorways and corridors to reach your intended destination. If in doubt please send us photos and measurements so we can check it will pass through any tight gaps or turns.
We will unpack and assemble your arcade machine, plug it in and ensure it plays perfectly for you. Our installation team will also take away any packing.
We will call you to arrange a delivery date. We can also call ahead when an hour away if you require. Delivery can take 2 to 10 working days from the refurbishment process being completed.
