This item is for existing customers who have already bought a from us with our standard installation, who require to add an upstairs or downstairs installation to their order.

Our products are very heavy and require specialist handling. Manoeuvring a product up or down stairs requires extra physical labour and time. The charges for this vary on the type of product you have purchased. You can select from the options on this page. Once the payment has been made, our Delivery Team will be able to proceed in delivering and installing your product.

Please note that if our Delivery Team consider the product unable to succesfully make it into your chosen room, they reserve the right to fail your delivery. This will be because the route risks damage to your property, themselves or the product. Your options should this arise are to proceed a Delivery Only (Ground Floor) or cancel the delivery. Cancelling the delivery incurs a cancellation and re-stocking charge.
